Outstanding Health Care
Maintaining wellness and work/life balance is an important part of the Unitus culture. Our health care benefits are a reflection of this commitment. Unitus pays 100% of your individual monthly premium for dental and vision insurance and 95% of the premium for your medical insurance.
Personal and mental health counseling services through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) are available to employees at no cost.

Remote Work
You don’t need to be at the office or behind a desk to have an impact anymore. Unitus employees can select one of three flexible work options: at home, at the office, or a flex combination to help you decide where and how you work best.
Transit & Parking
Unitus will pay 100% of the cost of an employee’s mass transit monthly pass (Tri-Met, C-TRAN, Salem). In addition, employees may utilize a pre-tax Flex Spending Account for work-related parking expenses.

401k Retirement Plan
Employees are eligible for the 401k plan the first of the month after 90 days of employment and Unitus matches 100% of the employee’s contribution up to 4% with immediate vesting.
On the first of the month following 12 months of qualifying service Unitus contributes an additional fixed amount of 4% which vests on a graduated basis over five years.

Paid Time Off & Holidays
Employees accrue up to 15 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) during their first twelve months of employment; this increases by 5 days starting in year two.
Unitus recognizes 12 paid holidays per year.

Tuition Reimbursement
Unitus offers tuition reimbursement to employees who have one year of continuous employment.
Student Loan Debt Repayment
Additionally, an employer-assisted student loan repayment benefit of a $100 a month is offered after the first ninety (90) days of employment and then $250 a month after two years to help employees pay off their student loans faster.
