What if I change wireless carriers?

  1. If you do not change your mobile phone number and mobile device when you switch to a participating wireless carrier service, your service will work without interruption.
  2. If you do change your mobile device but not your phone number:
    • Download the app to your new mobile device.
    • You will be required by the application to authenticate as the device is a part of the authentication process.
