Do not use online loan payment service to pay off your loan, this can cause a shortage and may cause a delay in the release of your title.

You can cancel a scheduled recurring or automatic payment by accessing the “Manage Payment” Screen within this service and clicking on the “Cancel Scheduled Payment” option.

When you access the service, simply click on “Set Up Auto-Pay” button to set up a recurring payment. In that service, you will have the option to link your other financial institution routing and account number to make a payment.

When you access the service, simply click on the “Manage Auto-Pay” option to edit any of the automatic payment criteria such as frequency, payment amount, etc.
To update the account/routing number information for your automatic payment, under the “Manage Auto-Pay” option, Scroll to the bottom of the menu list and select ‘+ Add Another Payment Method’ to add the new account. When you add the new account, you will want to delete the old account information by clicking on the Profile tab, locate the pay from account and delete it from the list.

Members must be less than 40 days delinquent to use the online loan payment service.

The maximum payment amount to use this service is $1,500. Any funds received in the excess of your loan payment will be applied to the principal balance of your loan.

The loans you can make a payment on include auto loan, home equity, credit card, personal loans, personal lines of credit and certain business loans where the minimum payment is $1500.00 or less.
You cannot make a payment to your mortgage loan through this service. Please visit the mortgage portal within online banking to make a payment to your mortgage loan.
You cannot make a payment through this service on your student loans. Please visit our Student Lending Center where you can make a payment.

You will receive this error if you are attempting to log in after you have registered. Ensure the password/email combination you used to register is the same as the information you are entering when attempting to log back in.

Yes, you can set up a recurring payment on your loan using your routing and account (ACH) number from your other financial institution.
You must be registered for this service in order to set up a recurring or automatic payment. This will give you the control you need to manage your automatic payments. By registering for the online payment service, you will create a password and access the system more quickly with less information.
In order to register for the service, you will need your email address, your account number, the last 5 digits of your social security number, your date of birth and your zip code. All information entered must match the format listed on the page and must match the information that Unitus has on file for you. Your account number at Unitus can be located on your account/loan statement or you can contact us to obtain the account number.

To make the payment, you will need your Unitus account number, the last 5 digits of your social security number and your date of birth. All payments made through the online loan payment service will be applied as a regular payment to your loan account, according to the terms of your Loan Agreement with us. Yes, simply type the amount of the payment you wish to send instead of the regular monthly payment amount. Keep in mind that the maximum amount you can pay using this service is $1,500.00.

You can set up a recurring payment on a weekly, every two weeks or a monthly basis. You can choose any date in the future and at least 1 day before you would like the recurring payment to start. Keep in mind if you are scheduling the payment on a schedule that is not monthly, you will want to make sure the full payment amount is received by due date to avoid a late fee.

It may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be withdrawn out of your other financial institution.

Please note: the payment will not display on your loan or within this service immediately. The method you used to make a payment (debit or account and routing number) will affect when the payment is applied to the loan.
If you use the debit card option to make the payment: Your payment will reflect on your loan after 6:05 p.m. PST the same day you made the payment. If you made the payment after 6:05 p.m. PST, your payment will display the following day.
If you use the account/routing number option to make the payment: If you made a payment before 6:00 p.m. PST on a business day, your payment will reflect on your loan after 6:05 p.m. PST. If you made a payment to your loan after 6:00 p.m. PST or on a non-business day, your loan payment will reflect on your loan after 6:05 PST on the next business day.
If you are logging back into this payment portal as soon as you made the payment, you will not see your payment reflected until the next business day.

Yes, you can set up a recurring payment on more than one loan. If you have multiple loans, each loan will need to be set up with its own recurring payment.

Once you’ve entered your identifying information, the system will display your payment amount and your due date. Your payment amount is also located on your statement or on your loan coupons.

Your payment will reflect on your loan after 6:05 p.m. PST on the day that you have the recurring payment scheduled for. Keep in mind that if you schedule a recurring payment on a non-business day, by default, that payment will be reflected on your loan the following business day after 6:05 p.m. PST. If you opted to process the payment before when scheduling the recurring payment and your payment falls on a non-business day, the payment will appear on your loan the previous business day after 6:05 p.m. PST.

You can expect to see funds withdrawn out of your other financial institution within 3-5 days of the scheduled recurring payment.

We will attempt to withdraw the funds out of your account once for the recurring or automatic payment. If you do not have the funds in your account, your payment will not post for that month and you will need to make a payment through a different channel. We will attempt to withdraw the funds the following month.

Yes, Members may make a partial payment on their Unitus loan using the online loan payment service.

You can schedule a recurring payment any day of the week, however, if the payment is scheduled for a non-business day, by default, the payment will process on a business day AFTER the scheduled date. You will be presented with the option to have the payment processed on the business day BEFORE the scheduled date if the scheduled date falls on a non-business day before you confirm the scheduled payment.

Yes, joint borrower or primary borrower can both use this service to make a payment and can register for this service.
