In most cases, we simply rely on public records to verify your business. However, we may also request, as applicable, your Articles of Incorporation & By-Laws (corporation), Articles of Organization & Operating Agreement (LLC), Partnership Agreement (partnership), minutes signed by your secretary indicating the authorized signers (Non-Profit, Organization, or HOA), or resolution signed by business officers.

Additional proof of change such as an updated business registry with the state, or a resolution or meeting minutes, may be needed.

Unitus does not process payroll tax deposits for business accounts. However, we recommend you use EFTPS Online, a free service offered by the US Department of the Treasury.
