Report Fraud or Lost/Stolen Card
- If you suspect fraud on your account, immediately contact Unitus by calling 503-227-5571 or 1-800-452-0900 and follow the prompts for reporting a lost or stolen card.
- You can also turn your Unitus debit and credit cards on/off instantly with Unitus Card Guard (iOS/Android).
- Unitus will never ask for sensitive information such as your password, PIN or 3-digit security code. If you receive a call, text, or email from someone claiming to represent Unitus requesting this information, please do not respond.
