Declaración de compromiso con los socios de la Cooperativa de Crédito

We are dedicated to our members and our community, and committed to good business practices that strengthen our membership.

Committed to our Members Since 1937

As a member-owned, not-for-profit financial cooperative, Unitus Community Credit Union is truly committed to our members, and has been since 1937.

We will uphold our fundamental responsibility to actively serve people in our 15-county Oregon field of membership, and the State of Washington.

We will treat all members as an important member of the Unitus family. We will deliver a range of low-cost products and services that meet the diverse economic and social needs of members and potential members. We will demonstrate our commitment to our members in all facets of our operations.

We will continue to communicate our services so that members, potential members, legislators, regulators and our community will understand and appreciate the unique role that member-owned financial cooperatives play in their lives.

We will make a difference with the way we serve our members. We won’t hesitate to go the extra mile to make sure our member’s financial needs are met—or exceeded.

With each member interaction, we will continue to look for ways to build a long-term relationship. That’s the Unitus difference—unparalleled service, unbelievably smart rates, and uncommon courtesy.

Throughout Unitus Community Credit Union’s statement of commitment, we put forth every effort to enable our members to become financially self-sufficient and successful, and will work hard alongside our members to help them meet their financial goals and achieve their financial dreams.

This Statement of Commitment to Members is consistent with our credit union principles of “Not for Profit, Not for Charity, But For Service” and our philosophy of “People Helping People.”

This statement represents the good business practices that ensure the financial strength of our credit union on behalf of our members.
